The city of Gig Harbor has established a strict set of design guidelines for any business opening or updating within this municipality. To maintain and enhance the overall nature of this beautiful, small peninsula, Pink Elephant’s proposed new location for Gig Harbor had to comply and adhere to a rigorous design review that focused on overall design intent, proposed colors, and materials, signage and lighting. As a result of smith co.’s extensive work throughout the Pacific Northwest region, they were able to lead the process for the client and together with the city of Gig Harbor, produce a successful outcome. Pink Elephant’s Gig Harbor location is the 9th location designed and successfully built by smith co. for the client.
