C.B. & Potts Restaurant & Brewhouse

The objective of this project was to update the existing concept to create a more industrialized look with clean lines and dramatic details, while also finding a way to celebrate and reference the intrinsic qualities that make up each of the communities where the concept is found. With the rise of craft brews and local beers, C.B. & Potts was ahead of the curve. They recognized the trend long before it went national and as a result, decided to update their existing concept. They also recognized how important the communities were to their continued success. Each restaurant boasts a mural that tells the story of the respective community, incorporating history, sense of place and general trends and how they have shaped and fostered the surrounding community. Each C. B.& Potts incorporates a sports bar with multiple viewing screens, seating areas that include family style booths and table seating, a retail area, and a full-service bar with (8) different taps, liquor, and wine. They also provide service outside with seating and a working fireplace. A full-size kitchen and seating capacity for 250, make these bustling, vibrant places to enjoy good food and locally made craft beer.
